In the summer, its mountain lakes, glacial valleys and waterfalls are perfect for hiking, and the winter months see plenty of snow for skiers. Arriving at Zakopane, youandrsquo;ll take a ride up the funicular railway to the peak of Mt. Gubalandoacute;wka, where youandrsquo;ll have stunning views of the Tatra Mountains. Itandrsquo;s easy to fall in love with this picturesque town, with its monuments of rustic wooden architecture built in a special regional style. Youandrsquo;ll see the old churches and wooden cottages of mountaineers from years gone by as well as traditional clothing and jewellery. Experience what life is like in Zakopane as you explore central mall, with its restaurants, cafes, boutiques and souvenir shops. Youandrsquo;ll also visit the Tatra Museum and the old wooden village of Chocholandoacute;w on the journey back to Krakow The tour is led by an English-speaking guide who knows all about this beautiful area, and will tell you all kinds of stories as well as answering any questions.
