Spanish tapas making class in London. The Spanish are renowned for
creating fantastic little plates of bite-sized deliciousness that
are handed out in bars to accompany your sangria or wine. With this
half day tapas making lesson, you will learn to create a number of
authentic tapas dishes using the very best Spanish flavours that
give real Spanish tapas their distinctive flavour.
On the day of your tapas making
lesson, you will join your "Le Cordon Bleu" trained chef and
teacher in a cosy kitchen and begin the lesson with an introduction
to traditional Spanish cuisine and ingredients. Then you'll get
straight into making tapas, perfecting a number of dishes including
spicey beef albondigas (meatballs), ensalada de naranja (orange
salad), queso de cabra frito con miel (fried goat's cheese with
honey), gambas al ajillo (prawns in garlic), tostas de pimientos
(grilled peppers on toast), and crema Catalana (Spanish creme
brulee). These dished give you a wide variety of different flavours
used in Spanish cooking, and by the end of the cooking lesson, you
will have a host of delicious new additions to add to your
repertoire, ready to impress at your next dinner party.
Once all the cooking is done, you will of course get to sit, relax,
and eat the fabulous recipes you have made, accompanied by some
