The course is perfect for those with an interest in car control, and an interest in improving their own driving technique. Key skills will be gained from a qualified instructor, including how to cope with dangerous conditions such as black ice, as well as how to deal with a car that is aquaplaning. Let it prepare you for the worst...while having a jolly good time!Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the centre your day will begin with a thorough safety briefing covering all aspects of handling the car and the tricky terrain that you are about to traverse! This lesson is all about learning the techniques to control a vehicle on difficult surfaces, and how to avoid a crash in such events. You will start behind the wheel with a 90min one-to-one lesson with the instructor at your side offering expert advice to improve your skills. Expect to be using the basic principles of over and under steer here, as well as ABS and how 'defensive driving' aids the avoidance of particular incidents. This experience will be tailored to your needs and to your specific driving skill.
