If the sky is clear you may even be able to see the other Canary Islands of La Palma, La Gomera and El Hierro dotted in the sea! As the sun sets in a blaze of colour over the Atlantic Ocean, youandrsquo;ll be given a chilled glass of champagne to toast the amazing views. Starsandhellip; Teide National Park is the perfect place for stargazing - so much so that itandrsquo;s home to one of the worldandrsquo;s first astronomical observatories! As the stars start to come out youandrsquo;ll be served a cocktail dinner created with native Canarian produce, such as potatoes served with a variety of mojos, skewers of carne de fiesta, local cheeses, almogrote and an array of traditional desserts Your mouthwatering meal will be accompanied by a selection of white, red and rose wines that are native to the region. Following your meal, get ready to take a journey through the fascinating constellations of Tenerifeandrsquo;s night sky from just below Spainandrsquo;s highest peak! Your tour guide will lead you in using professional long-range telescopes to get a closer look at distant stars and even planets!
