It is a classic from Southern Italy and uses only 5 ingredients. Based on an old family recipe, they use freshly handpicked tomatoes, chopped Montoro onions, fragrant basil, some extra virgin olive oil, and salt. All ingredients are locally grown in Southern Italy and there is absolutely nothing else inside. Gluten, nut and dairy free. Contains 185g of sauce - plenty for 2 large portions.
