The experience takes place at a top birds of prey centre in Knockholt, Kent. On arrival, you�??ll be greeted by their experienced falconers, who�??ll begin with a brief introduction over complimentary drinks. They�??ll cover the history of falconry and offer an insight into the unique habits and behaviours of the birds you�??ll be meeting. The rest of the morning is spent learning to care for and handle them correctly�??in a way that�??s safe for you both! After lunch, you�??ll move onto the six-acre nature trail, where one of the falconers will demonstrate the falcon�??s aerial prowess by simulating its prey with a lure. Finally, a Harris Hawk will join you in the woods for further photo ops, field craft and flying lessons, before the session concludes, and you�??re free to explore the trail at leisure.
