Flyboarding Experience Days: Take a flyboard flight in Poole, Dorset and experience the rush of pure adrenaline that these powerful water jet packs send coursing through your body! This is a 1.5 hour flyboarding experience that begins at the Poole Harbour flyboard centre, but your actual flight takes place in the open sea at Sandbanks Beach, Poole and includes a thrilling 25 minutes of board time! The flyboard is a totally new addition to the world of watersports, and a fantastically futuristic one at that. You'll feel like Iron Man as you put your feet into the flyboard's bindings and prepare to be blasted straight out of the water and up to 15ft into the air! The flyboard works off the power of a jet ski sending two high-pressure water jets out of two thrust nozzles on the underside of the board, which causes you to shoot upwards .The trick is to find your balance and maintain a hover while in the air; once you have this down, you'll be able to start working on other manoeuvres such as twists, flips and turns - and even using the flyboard to blast yourself under the water and back out again, dolphin style! After an instructional briefing from a certified Flyboard instructor, you will head for the sea and get ready to fly. You will enjoy 25 minutes of flight time, with a qualified instructor there throughout, offering tips and tricks to get you flying comfortably. By the end of this flyboarding session, you should be flying fairly comfortably - and quite possibly signing up for more sessions!
