Atlantic Adventure Lanzarote - Full Details The Atlantic Adventure Lanzarote begins with pick-up from Puerto del Carmen. Relax and enjoy the ride down to the harbour in Playa Blanca, where you'll board the Princesa Ico glass-bottom catamaran. Whilst enjoying the wind in your hair and cooling sea-breezes, keep your eyes peeled for whales, dolphins and the occasional flying fish which may happen past! Lunch of sandwiches, salad and pasta is served on board and is part of your ticket price. Sangria and soft drinks are free all day from the bar on-board the catamaran. You'll drop anchor at the lovely Papagayo golden-sand beach in the Ajaches Natural Park, where you can swim, relax and read a book or work on your tan. If you fancy something more energetic, optional extras such as snorkelling, kayaking, skimming along on a giant floating sunbed or taking a superfast speed-boat ride are all available (payable locally). Finally, you'll head back to the harbour for the crossing back to Lanzarote. As you near the island, the captain will pause the catamaran allowing time to look through the glass bottom and see the incredible variety of marine life that lives in the volcanic underwater environment surrounding the Canaries. Once back on dry land, you'll be returned safely back to Puerto del Carmen with great memories of a fun and exciting day!
